For more than 20 years, François Molinié has been authorized to appear before the french Conseil d’Etat and the Court de Cassation, and a partner at Piwnica & Molinié, after practising as a lawyer at the Paris Bar.
An expert in appeals before the supreme and European courts, he mainly pleads before the Constitutional Council, the Council of State, the Court of Cassation, the Court of Justice of the European Union and the European Court of Human Rights. He also appears before certain administrative authorities.
