
Jacques Molinié

Jacques Molinié has been practising for almost 40 years before France’s highest courts, including the Conseil d’Etat, the Cour de cassation and the Conseil constitutionnel.
Jacques Molinié holds a doctorate in law and is a higher studies graduate in public and private law at the University of Paris II Panthéon-Assas. He is also a graduate of the Institut d’études politiques de Paris.
His recognised expertise led him to chair the thesis prize of the Bar Association of the Conseil d’Etat and the Cour de cassation for many years.

Jacques Molinié acts for public and private clients in France and abroad: Conseil d’Etat, Conseil constitutionnel, Cour de cassation, administrative courts and administrative courts of appeal; abroad, he appears before all the European courts, as well as the supreme courts of Monaco (Supreme Court, Court of Revision).
