Marie Molinié–Ozenfant

Marie Molinié-Ozenfant holds a Master’s degree in General Private Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University and practised law at the Paris Bar in a business law firm for five years.
She then joined SCP Piwnica Molinié as an associate, where she practised cassation law.
To broaden her expertise in public law, she completed training at the Institut de formation et de recherche des avocats aux Conseils (Ifrac) and obtained her Capac qualification in 2012.
She became a lawyer at the Conseil d’Etat et à la Cour de cassation in 2016.
She won first prize in the Conférence du stage des avocats aux Conseils competition (2008-2009).

A broader remit

Since 2016, Marie Molinié-Ozenfant has been practising as a layer at the Conseil d’Etat et Cour de cassation, working in private law, criminal law and public law.
She shares her expertise in private law by playing an active role in training first-year students at the Institut de formation et de recherche des avocats aux Conseils (Ifrac).
Marie Molinie-Ozenfant has been a member of the legal aid office at the Court of Cassation.
Marie Molinié-Ozenfant provides support and advice to both individuals and businesses.
