experience
Henri-Charles Croizier is a graduate of the Institut d’études politiques de Paris (Masters in Public Affairs) and holds a Masters in Public Litigation from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne.
Associate at Piwnica & Molinié since 2012, he obtained his CAPA in 2014 and then his CAPAC in 2021. He was First Secretary of the Conference of Pupil Lawyers at the Conseil d’Etat and Cour de cassation in 2016-2017.
He is now a salaried lawyer at the Conseil d’Etat and the Cour de cassation.
A vast field of expertise
It all started with public law… in line with his training: Sciences-Po and a Masters in public litigation. An economic culture that complements his legal skills has led Henri-Charles Croizier to work on a number of competition (particularly merger control) and regulatory issues.
In addition to the teaching provided by the Ifrac, he has extended his field of activity to private law (civil and criminal), which enables him, for example, to understand competition law in its entirety.
His appreciation of the multidisciplinary nature of the profession of avocat aux Conseils enables him to act in all matters.
Passionate about new challenges
Like all lawyers at the judicial and administrative Supreme Courts, Henri-Charles Croizier likes to contribute to the development of case law.
He takes up the challenge posed by each case: that of convincing.
He is particularly interested in the legal implications of major societal developments (including in bioethics and new technologies such as artificial intelligence, etc.).
