Marie Molinié–Ozenfant
Marie Molinié–Ozenfant holds an M.Phil in general private law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne. After obtaining the Professional Lawyer’s Certificate, she practiced law at the Paris Bar in a business law firm from 2000 to 2004. She then joined SCP Piwnica Molinié as a lawyer and trained in the technique of cassation. In order to broaden her field of expertise to include public law, she attended the training course provided by the Institut de formation et de recherche des avocats aux Conseils (Ifrac) and obtained the Certificate of aptitude to practise as a lawyer at the Conseil d’État and the Cour de cassation in 2012. She became a barrister at the Conseil d’Etat and the Cour de cassation in 2016. She served as First Secretary of the Conférence du stage des avocats aux Conseils [Conference of Pupil Advocates at the Conseil d’Etat and Cour de cassation].
